Everything changed when I adopted a 6 month old rescue named Ryder. Life was great for about 3 months, when all of a sudden he started showing reactivity towards dogs. When I realized I couldn’t handle this on my own, I sought out help and went to a Reactive Rover seminar and that’s where the training bug bit me.  Now a graduate of the Karen Pryor Academy Dog Trainer Comprehensive program, and currently working towards the Dog Trainer Professional certification, I have spent the last two and a half years absorbing everything dog related I can. From books about the biology and ethology of dogs, training, relationships and even memoirs of dog trainers, to webinars, volunteering for rescues and helping out other trainers in the area. I have worked my way onto the board of the Alberta Force Free Alliance and am also a supporting member of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. I’m looking forward to working with you and to make your relationship with your dog the best it can be through force-free, science-based, and modern dog training methods.Everyth
